

Dr. Jordan is a native of Columbus, Ohio and moved to NC in 2010. She graduated from Bethune-Cookman University in 1997 with a BS in Chemistry. Dr. Jordan graduated from Wright State University School of Medicine in 2001 and completed her Family Medicine Residency in 2004. She has been with Caromont Medical Group for the last 11 years, 9 years in Family Medicine and the last 2 years working in Palliative Care and Hospice. She is currently pursuing a Master’s degree in Palliative Care. Dr. Jordan has been married for 22 years to Todd Jordan and has 4 children. Alzheimer’s disease is something that she is passionate about after her father passed away 3 years ago after a long battle with it. She wants to help others find ways to navigate through caring for loved ones that get diagnosed with Alzheimer’s disease as well as other forms of dementia.
